Basic Security Staff Field Operations

Field operation of the system by security staff is simple and intuitive, consisting of the following actions:

The security guard identifies himself to the Shield Out platform via our App on his phone or other hand held device at the beginning of his shift by reading his personal tag or by entering his user code and password, or uses additional security devices, fingerprints, retina scanning and voice identification, etc... for added security
At the end of the identification process he receives his intended security guard routes, tasks and duties, which are assigned based on the suggestions from management and route optimization suggestions by our AI platform
The security guard reports to the beginning of a work route by reading the route's tag or writing it in the system, and using the mobile devices geo tracking and positioning system or other nearby sensors indoors of outdoors to identify where he is
Upon the arrival at a checkpoint the security staff member reports his arrival by reading the location’s tag and confirming his location via the GPS on his phone
He has the ability to report unusual events at every checkpoint or between checkpoints through the ShieldOut.com system or by reading designated event tags such as “broken lock”, “alarm on”, "brake in", "fire", "strange activity:, "danger" and so forth by simply pressing a couple of buttons on his phone, and filling out and collecting additional information as needed
After reporting an unusual event, the system will notify the right individuals via phone calls, sms messages or via email, as well as internal secure system messages, and will activate a set of actions predefined for this event, and will provide the security staff member with information about the steps he needs to take
Events can be recorded by audio, video or photographs, and additional data is constantly collected and stored by the system using various sensors of the hand held and by other means
At any time the guard can activate the panic button for instant connection to the service center in case of an emergency, and his video and audio sensors on his phone can be accessed by the secudity supervisor and the security dispatcher to assist him in real time
The system is completely secure, and all of the communication, and data is securely stored on cloud servers protected by the ShieldOut.com proprietory Three Layers of Security

All data, reported by the guards and other security personnel from the field, and all data collected by the platform automatically is securely stored in real-time on the ShieldOut.com secure private cloud servers and is available to our customers management and to autorized personnel in real time. If its required by law, or upon a request from a customer, we can set up for the data to stay on our servers only in a certain jurisdiction, or on the customers own private servers in the cloud or within their own facilities. We can also assign staff with Secruity Clearance or with other certifications to manage and to secure these servers and the entire platform for our customers.

All system settings are set up easily and quickly either by the ShieldOot staff or by our customers own staff easily on the ShieldOut server.
